Backup Configuration
Manual Backup System
The system creates downloadable JSON backups of all events. These backups can be restored using the Bulk Upload feature if needed. It's recommended to create weekly backups and store them in a secure location.
• Backup frequency: Manual (recommended weekly)
• Format: JSON file with all event data
• Storage: Downloaded to your device
• Restoration: Use Bulk Upload page to restore from backup
Important Note
After downloading a backup, consider emailing it to yes@ukimprov.com for additional safekeeping. This ensures the backup is stored in multiple locations.
